How do I track my orders?
We do our best to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information. In this email you will find detailed tracking information that allows you to track the progress of your package through the ‘track your order’ page on our website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to deliver your package with the best carrier and service for your location. We always try to aim for a delivery time of 5-12 days.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Once you have returned your items to us, you will receive your money within 10 business days after the items reach our warehouse. You can follow the progress of your return with the track & trace of the carrier you have chosen; this will show you when the package reaches us. From that moment, the processing period of 10 business days begins. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation of this. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to reach your bank account. If you have not received a refund within this period, please contact us at info@anelora.com so we can look into it for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been processed.
What is your return policy?
We have a return period of 30 days during which customers can return their package without giving any reason. This period starts when the package is received. Please note that the return must reach us within these 30 days.
